Please e-mail your order to me, including accessory item number and fabric number, if applicable, and any questions you might have and I will advise you by e-mail what your shipping charge will be, depending on the size of your order and destination. You can specify how you want your order shipped, for example, U.S. Priority Mail or UPS. I only charge for what it will actually cost me to mail your order. My snail mail address, telephone number and fax number are listed below should you wish to contact me other than e-mail. My e-mail address is also shown below.

You can choose to receive embroidery designs by e-mail or floppy disk. There will be a $2.50 charge for mailing the floppy.

I accept personal checks or money orders (if in the U.S.). I am not set up to accept credit cards. And, of course, I accept cash if you are local. If you are paying by check or money order, please make payable to Laura Heaver.

When I receive your payment, I will make up your order and ship as soon as possible. If you pay by check, I will wait until your check clears. If you pay by money order, I will ship embroidery designs immediately and accessories as soon as your custom-made order is finished.
